Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mixology Expert to join our team at Shangri-La Group. As a key member of our luxury hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized beverage recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sofra BLD team to maintain excellent service standards and ensure seamless communication with colleagues and departments.
• Problem-Solving: Empathetically listen to client queries and complaints, working with colleagues and the Service Manager to find solutions and resolve issues promptly.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain high levels of cleanliness and orderliness at the bar and surrounding areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
• Knowledge and Skills: Possess a deep understanding of beverages, including spirits, wines, and cocktails, as well as a strong knowledge of mixology techniques and trends.
