About the Position:
The Senior Operations Manager will oversee investment activities, manage cash reconciliations, ensure accurate position matching across accounts, and handle subscription and redemption documentation. They will also collaborate with fund administrators to manage investor KYC documentation, facilitate fund transfers while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory requirements, and support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee investment activities related to Indian equities within ADGM-based funds.
  • Manage cash reconciliations and ensure accurate position matching across accounts.
  • Handle subscription and redemption documentation, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with fund administrators to manage investor KYC documentation.
  • Facilitate fund transfers while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in fund operations, with a focus on Indian equities and ADGM-based funds. They should have strong expertise in cash reconciliations, fund documentation, and regulatory compliance. In-depth knowledge of ADGM regulations and operational best practices is also required. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (CFA or CAIA certification is an advantage) is preferred.
