Job Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Office Operations Director to lead our Dubai office's human resources function, responsible for talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Dubai office and the People and Culture department, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing risk.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant employment laws in Dubai, providing expert advice on people management strategies.
  • Develop strategic people plans that align with the needs and goals of the Dubai office, driving business outcomes through effective talent acquisition and retention.
  • Proactively identify future talent needs and build a comprehensive talent repository to support business growth, analyzing data and metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Oversight of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, developing and implementing effective employee value propositions to attract and retain key talent.
  • Collaborate closely with line managers to establish and maintain a well-structured performance management cycle, delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong focus on people management and leadership.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience, preferably in professional services or law firms, with expertise in talent acquisition and management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Superb communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to analyze data and create reports.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, leveraging collaboration tools to facilitate communication and productivity.
