About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Engineer to join our team at KBR, Inc. as a Lead Construction Engineer. This is a key role that will be responsible for leading the construction team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead the construction team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the design specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical and operational issues that may impact project delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical/piping construction.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Piping Engineering is a must.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
