Job Description

The Head of Flight Operations & Pilot Training will lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure safe and efficient air taxi operations in the UAE. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement flight operations policies, procedures, and training programs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Lead the team responsible for flight operations and pilot training
  • Collaborate with OEM engineering and instructional design teams to develop training materials
  • Conduct internal audits and evaluations to ensure compliance and effectiveness
  • Provide leadership, strategic direction, and guidance on budget, staffing, training, equipment, communications, and other resources
Requirements
  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., aviation, business administration)
  • At least 5 years of management experience in flight operations and/or pilot training
  • Hold an airline transport pilot certificate
  • Have at least 3 years experience as Pilot-in-Command within the past 6 years
