We are seeking a seasoned Card Product Manager to join our team at PayTech Nexus Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the acquisition and onboarding of new customers, driving business growth and profitability.

About the Role:

This role will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on cross-sell opportunities, working on the acquisition of new-to-bank customers through digital and non-digital channels, and launching targeted campaigns through owned and paid media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including credit, operations, and IT teams
  • Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to inform product development and campaign optimization

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10-15 years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in card product management and customer acquisition

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
