Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at LHH Company. As an Accounts Receivable Professional, you will play a critical role in supporting our accounts receivable department, ensuring timely payment, and resolving discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review complex accounts to reconcile and determine discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment, maintaining compliance with company policies.
  • Review AR balance sheets, transactions, aging reports, and work to drive collections, utilizing strong analytical skills.
  • Take a leadership role in identifying and resolving variances, collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless resolution.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing necessary duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations of national accounts by verifying information against invoice submissions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, with a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
  • Experience in construction is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of industry-specific accounting requirements.
  • A strong understanding of Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookups) to ensure ease of financial reporting, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Strict attention to detail and analytical mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
