About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Property Consultant at Independent Resourcing Consultancy Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful property investment company and contribute to a worldwide Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage key distribution partners in the Middle East to drive property sales through 3rd party channels.
  • Drive direct-to-client sales promotion primarily off-plan property investment in the UK, Germany, and Portugal.
  • Review and re-engage non-performing relationships to ensure accurate record keeping and reporting.
  • Establish and feedback investment requirements from partners, and take ownership of challenging sales targets.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of available property investment opportunities and handle backend aspects of relationships.
  • Support sales progression on agreed deals and assist with client enquiries.
Requirements
  • 35 years of experience in property sales, preferably with experience of off-plan sales.
  • Demonstrable Key Account management experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, in writing, and over the phone.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM is essential.
  • Comfortable with leading presentations.

  • Ability to structure and prioritize workloads.
  • Team player with the ability to operate both independently and within a team environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, other department employees, and company representatives.
