Key Responsibilities

As a Human Centered Design Lead at Presight, you will be responsible for leading the design of our products. This includes creating user-centered designs that balance form and function, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, and translating them into design solutions.

You will also conduct research to inform design decisions and test designs to ensure they are user-friendly and meet business objectives. Your primary focus will be on creating designs that meet the needs of our users while also driving business results.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Axure RP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in user experience design.

Bonus Requirements:
  • Aptitude for conceptual design and abstract thinking.
  • Positive attitude, energetic, result-oriented, keen interest on quality and intense attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
