Job Title: Head of Quality
Job Summary:
Janikin Energy is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Quality to lead our project quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and assurance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead a team of quality assurance professionals to conduct site audits, inspections, and testing to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate quality risks.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track project performance.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in quality management and assurance, with at least 5 years in a similar capacity.
- 5+ years of experience in EPC projects.
- Experience in solar project sites with a multinational consultant is mandatory.
