Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting process audits and product audits to identify areas for improvement. You will also perform layout inspections to ensure that our production facilities meet the required safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular process audits and product audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  2. Perform layout inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality across all stages of production.
  4. Achieve zero defects and customer complaints through continuous process improvements.
  5. Implement and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) based on IATF 16949:2016.
  6. Ensure that all employees adhere to quality policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in injection moulding companies is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
