Operational Excellence Quality Control Leader

We are currently looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Quality Control Leader to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customer service standards are consistently met and exceeded.

The Operational Excellence Quality Control Leader will participate in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards, perform call monitoring and provide trend data to the management team. They will also use quality monitoring data management systems to compile and track performance at team and individual levels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role of quality supervision in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
