    • Conduct termly P&C audits to ensure files are updated and compliant.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention
    • Lead retention and employee engagement initiatives for school employees.
  • Leadership and Support
    • Responsible for the efficient and effective performance of the People and Culture functions within the school.
    • Assist the school P&C team on daily operational matters.
    • Support the HQ P&C team on specific projects as required.
