Job Summary:

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of our company's HSE policy, procedures, and project HSE plans.
  • Conduct daily HSE awareness sessions for the workforce and ensure compliance with STARRT Card requirements.
  • Supervise and lead subcontractors' HSE officers to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Identify and report incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and take corrective action to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Stop unsafe works or nonconformity works that do not meet project HSE plans, company procedures, or HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE training programs for employees and subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate HSE risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of HSE incidents, near-misses, and accidents.

Requirements:

  • MEP High Rise Building experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
