Job Title: Network Administration Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Administration Director to join our team at Dubai Customs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our network administration team and overseeing the development, analysis, and preparation of reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of networking activities reports in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
- Provide the management with regular reports of the networking environment and projects.
- Approve team members' time and expense reports in a conscientious and timely manner.
- Review the status reports of network management team members and addresses issues as appropriate.
- Schedule and conduct network management meetings.
- Communicate with Supervisors, Managers, and Vice Presidents for Departmental operations and manage vendor and supplier relationships.
- Assist the Infrastructure Section Head in hiring, performance evaluations, and ongoing development of policies and procedures.
- Assist the Infrastructure Section Head in developing and adhering to the annual budget for networking equipment, services, training, and other needs.
- Keep up to date with the latest network technology.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned by direct supervisor on time with reliability, honesty, and discretion.
Confidentiality:
Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information in line with Dubai Customs information security policies and procedures in order to protect information from any disclosure or misuse.
