About the Role

This Senior Funding Specialist position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive funding strategies to support Addaera Research Polls' mission. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the private and public sectors, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential funding opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective funders, including private sector organizations and government agencies.
  • Prepare and present funding proposals and reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Development.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, resource mobilization, or business planning and development, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
