- Ensure quality assurance of documentation.

- Foster strong internal relationships within the organization, particularly with the IT Department.
- Support the development and training of direct report employees.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track, measure, report, and evaluate service performance.
- Procure IT equipment and services, ensuring necessary approvals are obtained prior to order placement.
- Prepare tender documentation in collaboration with the IT Department.
- Act as a backup for IT inventory management and other capital expenditure procurement roles.
- Ensure adherence to turnaround times.
- Create and maintain organized physical files for reference and audit purposes.

- Close all open transactions according to workflow processes and update records promptly.
- Maintain robust controls across all departmental functions and keep department heads informed of any issues.
- Provide daily supervision and support to the team regarding ERP setup.
- Take ownership of maintaining and updating documented processes related to job functions.
- Engage fully in managing supplier sourcing, contract execution, and approvals. Review and negotiate supply contracts and their terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with standard clauses and involve legal counsel when necessary to obtain approvals on all contracts.
- Consolidate high-value contracts with key business units to achieve global contract consolidation and influence cost savings from vendor agreements.
- Support the implementation of new contracts and supplier changes, ensuring effective change management in coordination with business units.
- Conduct sourcing analytics and supplier research, managing the overall supplier qualification process.
- Assist in developing the contract and supplier engagement process, including prequalification, solicitation, tendering, and price negotiation.
- Ensure that when tenders are floated, a bid analysis summary is prepared along with written justifications and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the procurement section, finance, and IT to enhance best practice processes.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
