  • Coach and Mentor: Coach, mentor, and collaborate with technical subject matter experts and EA peers to develop Communications architecture that enables new business capabilities and operating models.
  • Drive Digital Innovation: Drive digital innovation using innovative technologies and approaches to renovate, extend, and transform our existing core technology base and IT estate.
  • Migrate to Future State: Define high-level migration plans addressing gaps between our future and current states, aligning with our IT budgeting and capital planning processes.
  • Stay Ahead of Technology Trends: Understand technology trends and practical applications of existing, new, and emerging technologies for new business and operating models.
  • Inform Technology Investment Decisions: Guide technology investment decisions based on analysis and evaluation, ensuring non-functional requirements are met.
  • Design Governance and Standards: Design governance, assurance, and standards activities for enterprise technology architecture compliance.
  • Oversee Technology Selection: Oversee research, evaluation, and selection of technology and product standards, as well as design standard configurations.
  • Identify Organizational Impacts: Identify organizational and financial impacts of our enterprise Communications architecture.
  • Advocate for Business and IT Strategies: Advocate for and augment business and IT strategies, leading communication or marketing activities for enterprise success.
  • Lead Technology Change: Lead technology change to deliver business outcomes while leveraging subject matter experts.
