Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Admin Coordinator to join our team at Mediclinic International. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing the delivery of patient administration services, including supervising a team of patient administrators.

In this role, you will coordinate and supervise all processes related to patient administration, medical insurance, billing, and cash up at the clinic. You will lead and manage a team of Patient Administrators, supporting the department or business unit manager with general operational management.

Your primary focus will be on consistently meeting customer service expectations by improving the quality of patient service. You will also support the development of a working environment and culture that actively promotes quality, health, and safety.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a related field from an accredited institution. At least 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory customer service position, preferably in healthcare, is required.

You should possess computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications, as well as accounting and financial management principles. Knowledge of hospital information systems, medical insurance terminologies and processes, medical terminology and procedures, patient administration systems, and verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic will be an advantage) are essential.
