  3. Collaborate with surveyors to facilitate surveys, approvals, and related tasks.
  4. Timely address broker and customer inquiries, providing clear solutions.
  5. Issue letters of proof for vehicle repairs and third-party property damage settlements as needed.
  6. Navigate complex negotiations with service providers, including workshops, repairers, and insurance companies.
  7. Settle claims under various covers, including hire car, towing, property damage, and excess accounting, to achieve fair outcomes for all parties involved.
  8. Clarify and communicate claim-related queries and concerns with business associates.
  9. Resolve customer complaints and draft official responses as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with GIG Motor Insurance Policies and Unified policies in the Gulf region.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills within a team environment.
