Job Summary
Delta is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist/ISO Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing ISO policies and procedures, conducting internal audits, and providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain ISO policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with QMS and HSE standards
• Conduct internal audits and surveillance audits, followed by Management Review Meetings (MRM)
• Assist in maintaining the company website and online activities
• Manage employee leave and benefits, including company and client leave
• Prepare and issue appointment, confirmation, probation extension, and demobilization letters
• Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, including maintenance of office equipment and related inventories
• Assist in recruitment efforts, including screening and sourcing resumes, formatting CVs and job descriptions, and posting jobs on company websites and job portals

Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a Bachelor's Degree and additional HR training preferred
• Strong understanding of general Human Resources policies and procedures, as well as employment and labor laws
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
