- Legal Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of U.A.E laws and regulations, particularly in areas such as e-commerce, competition, intellectual property, data protection, corporate law, judicial processes, and criminal law.
- Project Leadership: Proven track record in leading intricate projects and managing cross-functional teams, showcasing exceptional project management, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate legal risks, interpret regulatory requirements, and devise practical solutions to mitigate compliance challenges.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Mindset: A proactive, adaptable, and results-driven approach, dedicated to delivering high-quality outcomes in fast-paced and evolving regulatory environments.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
