As an Employee Wellbeing Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with multinational companies, driving meaningful impact and supporting employees' health and wellbeing journeys.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement strategic wellbeing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute company-wide wellbeing programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regional needs.
  • Support the Account Manager in ensuring all supplier contractual obligations are met.
  • Collaborate with Health & Wellness Coaches to deliver wellbeing seminars, virtual and onsite fitness classes, and other customized presentations.
  • Provide ongoing support to employees, serving as a resource for navigating our comprehensive wellbeing resources and benefits.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate wellbeing, program management, HR, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to execute and manage wellbeing programs across multiple locations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-savviness and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Understanding of workplace wellbeing and benefits.
