Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Leader to join our team at 3M Scott Fire. As a Key Account Leader, you will be responsible for leading key accounts in Dubai and other regions, working closely with clients to specify and promote 3M products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead key accounts in Dubai and other regions, focusing on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage channel partners in the Gulf Region, conducting regular reviews of sales targets and revenue expectations.
  • Conduct quarterly visits to other regions to maintain relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to clients, resolving any complaints or issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate with application engineers and marketing teams to deliver value-added services to clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Manage tenders, agreements, and long-term projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Attend regular sales meetings and provide accurate sales forecasts to the regional sales manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Technical experience in SCBA and PPE, with a strong understanding of the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Proven experience in key account management, with a track record of success in sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Negotiation and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of business operations and financial management.
  • Emirati nationality preferred, but not required.
