We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Compliance Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure that all corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are implemented and complied with.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective HSE management systems to prevent incidents and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with Safety Managers and Contractors to improve and implement Corporate HSE Management ethics.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HSE matters and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor contractors to ensure they adhere to applicable safety measures and regulations.
- Review Hazard Analysis/Risk Assessment Plans for all key activities and monitor the effectiveness of hazard control measures, job safety plans, and work method statements at site.
- Review and monitor Contractors' monthly HSE inspections/reports.
- Conducting monthly Safety meetings, setting targets to achieve outstanding issues, prepare/submits minutes to all concerned for follow-up.
- Review Emergency Preparedness and response, Permit to Work system, Toolbox Talks, HSE meetings, HSE statistics & records of the contractors according to Company requirement.
- Review Incident/Accident investigation reports from contractors, reporting and communicating learning points, and monitor immediate action and follow-up actions to minimize/prevent re-occurrence.
