About the Role:

This is an entry-level position, ideal for candidates with experience in administrative roles within business setup, company formation, or a similar industry. You will be responsible for preparing and organizing all necessary documents related to business setup processes, handling application submissions with government authorities, and monitoring the status of applications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and organize all necessary documents related to business setup processes, including trade license applications, visa documentation, and other business incorporation paperwork.
  2. Handle application submissions with government authorities such as the Dubai Economic Department (DED), Dubai Free Zones Authority, and Immigration departments.
  3. Monitor the status of applications, ensuring that they are processed efficiently and promptly.
  4. Manage a database of client documents, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal business setup consultants to ensure a seamless experience.
  6. Update clients on the status of their business setup, providing regular feedback and addressing any queries.
  7. Coordinate with various government departments, such as DED, Dubai Municipality, MOHRE, and Immigration, to ensure compliance with all necessary procedures.
  8. Arrange for attestation of documents, legal translations, and notarization when required.
  9. Attend to in-person visits to government offices when necessary to ensure the smooth flow of documentation and approvals.
  10. Monitor deadlines and ensure trade license renewals, visa renewals, and other compliance-related actions are completed on time.

About You:

  1. You will have a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or law.
  2. You should have experience working in an administrative role, preferably within business setup, company formation, or a similar industry.
  3. You will be proficient in drafting legal documents, including letters, POA, and MOA, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. You will possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  5. You will have strong communication skills in English, with the ability to professionally handle client interactions and government liaison.
