We are looking for an Office Coordinator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team in the UAE. As an Office Coordinator - Project Support, you will be responsible for supporting our Project Management Office (PMO) in executing projects efficiently and effectively.

Duties:
  • Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a project management or PMO role and will possess strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools is also required.
