Skill Farm is seeking a highly skilled Credit Manager to join our team. As a Credit Manager, you will play a critical role in managing our credit monitoring forum, escalating expiries and past dues, and implementing and managing our Risk and Compliance Systems Authority (RCSA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage a credit monitoring forum to escalate expiries and past dues.
  • Support in implementing and managing the RCSA.
  • Identify areas for automation to increase efficiencies and support cost rationalization.
  • Conduct event-based reviews to assess process and policy compliance.
  • Support in establishing an early alert process by liaising with stakeholders.
  • Provide appropriate inputs in the formulation of credit policies and product programs.
  • Interact with stakeholders, including the product team, credit, risk, and operations teams, for credit-related matters.
  • MIS and presentation preparation for management review.

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of the credit life cycle, banking operations, policies, regulations, compliance, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • UAE working experience of 5+ years.
  • Familiarity with the Central Bank of the UAE regulatory regime.
  • Analytical thinking and business-oriented approach.
