We are seeking a proactive IT Administrator to ensure the seamless operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in IT management within the fintech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Technology Integration: Work collaboratively with various departments to implement new technologies and enhance existing systems.
- System Management: Oversee and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network systems.
- Technical Support: Provide assistance for hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Communication Systems: Manage and optimize communication tools and platforms, including email systems and video conferencing.
- Security Management: Develop and enforce security protocols to protect company data and IT systems.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve issues related to IT systems and communication technologies.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Administration, preferably within reputable forex or CFD brokerage firms.
IT degree with strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficient in troubleshooting CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
