**About You**

**About the Role**

Work closely with the head bartender to maintain quality standards and improve procedures. Handle financial aspects, including verifying invoices and managing guest checks. Execute opening and closing checklists for bar mise en place and prepare beverages. Engage with guests, suggest and serve drinks, ensuring adherence to cash handling procedures. Supervise table/bar management, oversee cleanliness, and follow hygiene standards. Foster teamwork, coordinate with peers, and fulfill additional duties as assigned.
