Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve any disputes or issues.
    • Communicate with customers to understand their payment plans and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Debt Recovery and Credit Management
    • Identify and pursue debt recovery opportunities to minimize bad debt and maximize cash flow.
    • Monitor customer accounts and take proactive measures to prevent defaults and ensure timely payments.
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement credit management strategies.
  • Payment Processing and Reconciliation
    • Process and reconcile customer payments to ensure accurate and timely recording.

  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on customer payment trends, debt recovery rates, and credit management performance.
