Job Description

**Job Title:** Fleet Management Director

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Management Director to join our team at Air Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery and redelivery of aircraft, ensuring that all aspects of the process are executed in a cost-effective, quality-driven, and legally compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the project management of the definition and timely execution of aircraft delivery and redelivery processes, focusing on cost-effectiveness, quality, conformity, and legality of all actions executed.
  • Ensure that Work Packs are run according to signed contracts and SLAs, and that aircraft meet agreed terms and conditions.
  • Manage the day-to-day partnership with internal stakeholders, including Engineering & Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Cabin, and Legal Department, to finalize delivery/redelivery formalities, including contracts and other documentation.
  • Assist with the development of specifications for aircraft to be purchased or leased by Air Arabia, in coordination with hubs and other internal stakeholder functions.
  • Maintain effective and positive relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, delegated inspectors, MROs, lessors, and vendors to ensure all phases of aircraft delivery and redelivery are properly planned, implemented, and evaluated.
  • Assist with ensuring that the production of aircraft in manufacturers' plants is in line with agreed specifications prescribed within signed contracts, and coordinate oversight of the inspection of new aircraft built at the section level and at the FAL.
  • Support in evaluating the aircraft build during the production phase, taking into consideration MSCNs and SCNs proposed for embodiment on new deliveries, and analyze any changes in coordination with stakeholders, manufacturer, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fleet management, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft delivery and redelivery processes, including contract management and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
