Job Description:

As an Assistant Store Operations Lead at Etoile Group, you will be responsible for supporting the Shop Floor Manager in the day-to-day operations of our luxury retail stores. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

About You:
- Previous experience in retail operations, preferably in luxury retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to the shop floor team
- Assist with sales analysis and market research to inform business decisions
- Help develop and implement visual merchandising displays to drive sales and engage customers
- Support the buying team with product sourcing and inventory management
- Maintain accurate stock management and reporting
