Sales Performance Optimization Manager

As an integral part of United Al Saqer Group, we are seeking a Sales Performance Optimization Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage Call Centre and Client Relations teams, driving high performance and efficiency while aligning with CRM objectives.

  • Lead Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain lead planning documents, leveraging data analysis to optimize targeted communications.

  • Report Generation: Produce and share SFM reports, tracking lead progress and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Performance Evaluation: Analyze media channel performance based on lead generation data, collaborating with the marketing team to inform strategic decisions.

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Head of Department to define and refine the overall Sales CRM Strategy, aligning with business needs and data insights.

  • Calendar and Campaigns: Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and analyze the annual Sales CRM calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and sales goals.

  • Material Development: Partner with the marketing specialist to create and analyze CRM materials for direct marketing campaigns.

  • Insights and Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports, providing actionable insights into CRM performance and future opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in Sales CRM or a similar role.

  • Analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
