About the Role

The Business Development Executive plays a vital role in driving growth across our BD functions, both internally and externally, including new product development and corporate relations.

This role involves handling new business development requests, acquiring new business opportunities and clients as per directives from the line manager.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop strategic partnerships with potential partners and clients on a corporate level.
  2. Support the business development efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities and expand our existing client database across the Real Estate sector.
  3. Design and present business development proposals to potential new clients under the guidance of the line manager.
  4. Regularly monitor and follow up on project status and new developments.
  5. BUILD NEW RELATIONSHIPS IN THE MARKET AND CAPTIVATE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IN DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL MARKETS.
  6. Prepare RFP responses to client requests for proposals.
  7. Handle communication for new B2B and developer agreements at the corporate level.
  8. Maintain strong relationships with company stakeholders and clients.
  9. Provide valuable insights into product development and competitive positioning.
  10. Analyze project feasibility studies and market research for real estate developments and special projects.
  11. Develop an Annual International Roadshow plan and calendar for PSI Group of companies.
  12. Conduct market research to identify market needs and new business opportunities.
  13. Support the Sales & Marketing team by developing project comparison models and identifying product target audiences.
  14. Assist the Business Development team in all new expansion initiatives and new investments.
  15. Responsible for archiving and maintaining confidentiality of all BD-related documents, proposals, presentations, reports, and offers.
  16. Help in improving the department's workflow and process efficiency under the direction of the line manager.
  17. Assist in drafting company policies and procedures.
  18. Support the growth plan of the Business Development department by developing its structure, objectives, and training materials.
  19. Attend regular real estate conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  20. Take lead in ensuring safe systems of work and safe conditions are in place within their area of responsibility.
  21. Perform other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • A Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or a related field.

  • B Experience:

- 1 to 2+ years experience working in a development role.

  • C Skills and Competencies:

- Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.

- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.

- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.

- Effective communication skills.

- Detail-oriented.
