Job Summary

As the Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the successful marketing and sale of our residential and mixed-use developments. You will be the key liaison between the company, brokers, and buyers—playing a crucial role in representing NORD's vision and values in every transaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with project timelines and business goals.
    • Set and monitor sales targets for individual developments and team members.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales consultants and coordinators.
    • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and performance reviews.
  • Client Relations:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and brokers.
    • Personally handle key clients and close high-value deals.
  • Market Research & Positioning:
    • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and buyer behavior to refine sales approaches.
    • Provide feedback to marketing and development teams to ensure product-market fit.
  • Sales Process Management:
    • Oversee the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to contract signing and handover.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team on campaign development and event planning.
    • Liaise with legal, finance, and construction departments to streamline client onboarding and handovers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of real estate sales experience, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle-focused development company.
  • Proven track record in leading sales teams and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market and buyer demographics.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate sales tools.
