Requirements:
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in the management, support, configuration, upgrade, and enhancement of enterprise applications.
  • Cloud Technologies: Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience in implementing cloud-based solutions.
  • ITIL: Experience working in an ITIL-driven environment and knowledge of ITIL principles and processes.
  • Security: Knowledge of standard security principles and experience in implementing security measures to protect applications and data.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management methodologies and the ability to develop and implement project plans.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Education and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science, or Systems Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Information Technology, with a proven track record of success in application management and technical leadership.
