Creative Visual Designer

At Rosewood Abu Dhabi, we are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs that align with our brand's aesthetic and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:- Design Development: Oversee the design process from conception to final delivery, ensuring that all design elements meet our brand's high standards.
- Visual Identity: Possess a strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a quality final product and drive up standards of digital creativity.
- Process Improvement: Identify and define processes that work between corporate and hotel to support the development of toolkits, guidelines, and branding.
- Team Management: Ensure teams adhere to current processes, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and propose and create workflows and tools to support design operations.
- Project Management: Responsible for managing the design tracker and workflow, meeting designated timelines, and updating and gatekeeping brand presentation templates for group implementation.
- Market Research: Conduct market trends research to support projects, develop concepts, and presentations.
- Media Integration: Integrate different media into projects as and when required to represent the brand in an innovative way.
- Collaboration: Work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects with cross-functional teams, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation.
- Campaign Branding: Conceptualize campaign branding and create assets to support marketing materials for the Digital, Sales and Marketing, and Brand Communications departments.
- Presentation: Present or oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-organizational use.
- Asset Management: Manage the design and uploading process of all project materials, understand best practices for using a content management system, and organizing brand assets.
- Feedback and Collaboration: Advise and share feedback on assets shared by property, i.e., Photography and Video, to ensure they are aligned to the brand standards and meet the brand guidelines.
- Education: Bachelor of Arts / Associates degree in Graphic Design and / or Professional Certificate in Graphic Design and Multimedia preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional design and multimedia experience.
- Portfolio: Extensive and well-rounded portfolio showing a solid and fundamental knowledge of advertising, design, and luxury goods and services.
- Skills: Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
