  10. Maintain corporate records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  11. Coordinate with legal and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to governance standards.
  12. Prepare and maintain documentation related to compliance, risk management, and governance activities.
  13. Develop reports on compliance, risk, and governance matters for internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Track and document the resolution of compliance and risk issues.
