Are you a seasoned compliance professional with expertise in financial regulations? Do you have experience navigating multiple regulatory frameworks across global jurisdictions?

Talent Connect Groups client is a fast growing leader in the FX and CFDs industry, operating across multiple jurisdictions. They are currently looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure we meet regulatory requirements and maintain the highest compliance standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee compliance with financial regulations in Comoros, South Africa, Mauritius, and Seychelles (UAE experience is a plus).
  2. Develop and maintain our compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
  3. Monitor regulatory developments and provide strategic guidance on compliance risks.
  4. Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure timely filings and responses.
  5. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and training to uphold compliance standards.
  6. Investigate and manage compliance breaches, collaborating with legal and senior management.
  7. Support the business in obtaining and maintaining regulatory licenses.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Proven experience as a Compliance Officer in the financial services industry.
  2. FX and CFDs industry experience is a must.
  3. Strong understanding of financial laws and regulatory frameworks in Comoros, South Africa, Mauritius, and Seychelles .
  4. Knowledge of AML, KYC, and CDD international compliance standards.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Fluent in English (additional languages, such as Arabic, are a plus).
