About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Education Manager to lead our retail education efforts in the GCC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing retail education strategies that support our brand strategy while making it locally relevant. This involves working closely with our local markets to ensure that brand messages and images are successfully conveyed at points of sale through Beauty Advisors (BAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement retail education strategies that support our brand strategy while making it locally relevant.
  2. Work closely with local markets to ensure that brand messages and images are successfully conveyed at points of sale through Beauty Advisors (BAs).
  3. Provide local markets with training tools and materials to ensure perfect consumer experience and product knowledge within field teams.
  4. Integrate education with commercial/retail and brand teams to ensure retail excellence. Integrate 360 approach to field team trainings (sales, marketing, PR, digital).
  5. Manage and monitor education budget (orders, uniforms, trainings, travels, expenses, gifting).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as trainer or minimum of 3-4 years' experience in training or retail management.
  • Passion for cosmetics and luxury.
  • Pro-active, dynamic, enthusiastic, team player, entrepreneur, committed, self-driven, open-minded, willing to learn.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, creative thinker.
  • Ability to simplify expert information.
  • Sense of luxury, luxury customer, and service.
  • Able to deal with portfolio complexity.
  • Strong selling skills.
  • Proven experience in evaluating, motivation, and coaching sales staff.
