We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and shape our Emiratization efforts at Talents Tide, a government-owned airline based in Abu Dhabi. This role is integral to driving national talent initiatives and will be developed with the aim of transitioning into a senior leadership position within two years.
The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive Emiratization strategy aligned with the airline's goals and Abu Dhabi government's objectives. The individual will foster a culture that supports the attraction, development, and retention of Emirati talent.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading Emiratization initiatives on a large scale within a reputable organization. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities are essential, along with exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English are required.
The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key government entities and stakeholders, representing the airline in Emiratization forums and discussions, and advocating for impactful policies. The individual will also drive the design and execution of programs aimed at integrating Emirati talent across all levels, monitoring and reporting on Emiratization KPIs to ensure alignment with targets.
The National Talent Initiative Director will lead a team focused on Emiratization, providing mentorship and fostering their growth.
