Key Responsibilities:- Document Verification: Verify the accuracy of import shipment documents, including customs declarations and other relevant paperwork.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all import shipments comply with MOFI, MOFAIC, and Customs regulations, including the clearance of import consignments.
- SLA Management: Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for imports clearance and delivery, ensuring that all shipments are cleared within 3 working days of vessel arrival and delivered within 48 hours for dry and ISO tank containers.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and control the activities carried out by Logistics executives regarding import operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of MOFI, MOFAIC, and Customs regulations, as well as import clearance procedures.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to verify the accuracy of import shipment documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
