Job Description: As a Front Desk Executive / Customer Service Executive / Cashier at Crown International, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer interactions and efficient front desk operations. You will be responsible for managing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Collaborate with the team to achieve set goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Minimum 12 years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
