  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve set goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
