Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage IT Help Desk operations, monitoring project quality and performance across IT functions.
  2. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for IT infrastructure projects.
  3. Support the implementation of learning solutions, such as Learning Management Systems.
  4. Oversee helpdesk support operations and evaluate performance quality.
  5. Contribute to information security management and monitor information flow.
  6. Manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  7. Supervise IT procurement processes, including PR approvals and vendor assessments.
  8. Evaluate vendor performance and provide recommendations for contract renewals.
  9. Lead IT systems automation initiatives and support continuous improvements.
  10. Manage system and network integrations with internal and external systems.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in IT operations, with exposure to infrastructure and support services.
  3. Proven experience with IT Help Desk operations and project management.
  4. SAP experience is a must.
  5. Strong knowledge of system and network integration.
  6. Familiarity with information security protocols and business continuity practices.
  7. Experience in the manufacturing field is required.
  8. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  9. Proficiency in IT management tools and data visualization applications.
  10. Arab nationalities are highly preferred.
