We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Twenty Seven Twelve LLE. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our premises.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our premises, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
  • Treatment Room Preparation: Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and organized according to procedure.
  • Waste Management: Oversee the cleanliness and sanitization of the premises, ensuring that any waste is properly disposed of on a daily basis.
  • Supply Management: Maintain a clean supply of fresh sheets, towels, and aprons in treatment rooms.
  • Bathroom and Grooming Room Sanitization: Sanitize bathrooms, grooming rooms, and wet areas according to the standards set by our management.
  • Client/ Customer Lockers: Keep client/customer lockers clean and organized.
  • Facility Operations: Assume responsibility for opening and closing the facility at designated times, and assist with resetting rooms and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the facility.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspection and maintenance activities on cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any repairs or replacements needed to management, and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • Cleaning Knowledge and Skills: General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Ability to follow verbal directions, work well alone and with a partner or team, and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Reliability and Punctuality: Reliable and punctual with a dedicated professionalism to job and duties.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Organized and able to follow a schedule, with a positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time, push a vacuum cleaner for extended periods, and lift up to 25 to 30 pounds.
  • Health and Safety: Trained on Manual Handling as part of Health and Safety protocols.
