We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead the development of our data analytics operations. As part of our team, you will work closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to build a data-driven culture.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive business decisions.
  2. Leverage AWS data lake to provide actionable insights and establish data governance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop metrics, reports, and dashboards.
  4. Design and implement automated reporting systems and scalable analytics processes.
  5. Serve as subject matter expert for data analytics within the organization.
  6. Mentor and train other employees on best practices in data analytics, visualization, and reporting.
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in a fast-growing tech environment.
  • Proven expertise in building and managing data lakes, with hands-on experience in AWS (S3, Athena, Redshift, Glue).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and experience with Python or R.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing data governance frameworks and ensuring data quality.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
