As a Financial Transaction Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and compliant transaction processing. You will be responsible for managing local and foreign currency transactions, resolving queries, and collaborating with product and tech teams to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and Investigate Transactions: Handle local and foreign currency transactions and manage MT199 message investigations and processing.
- Query Resolution: Respond to inquiries from other banks and assist in resolving complex payment issues with a high level of accuracy.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service, helping customers navigate any issues and offering clear, concise support.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with our product, tech, and compliance teams to improve processes and resolve customer issues.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in Payments: 2+ years of experience in payments processing, investigation, and dispute management, with solid knowledge of SWIFT and MT199.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate unclear situations or handle disputes effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and contributing ideas to improve customer experience.
- Teamwork: A collaborative team player who supports others and contributes positively in a fast-paced setting.
