Senior Field Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Field Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Otis, the world's leading elevator and escalator manufacturing company. As part of our global organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our elevators in high-rise buildings.

Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical and high-skilled works in a construction/engineering organization. They should also possess excellent troubleshooting skills and knowledge of technical aspects related to OTIS & NonOTIS products. In addition, they must be highly skilled in customer management and capable of handling key account customers effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, carrying out root cause analysis, and performing corrective actions on critical or rebel units. They will also identify malfunctions in brakes, motors, switches, signal and control systems using test equipment and adjust safety controls, counterweights, door mechanisms, and components as needed.

A diploma degree in business/engineering or equivalent is required for this position. The ideal candidate will be proficient in maintaining customer relationships and working well in a team environment. They should also have good communication skills and knowledge of MS operating systems.
