Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Create high-quality content, including video and audio concepts, news stories, presentations, and digital messaging, to engage employees and promote our company values.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Employee Communications team, including project management, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the Employee Engagement and Manager team with content development and logistics for All-Employee Meetings and Manager Central site and newsletter content.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Track and report on key metrics, such as web traffic, readership measures, and pulse surveys, to evaluate the effectiveness of our content strategies.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Editorial Strategy and Content Lead, to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent (bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred)
  • Experience: 3+ years of work experience in a related field
  • Skills: Passion for communications and employee experience, prioritization and project management skills, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365, keen attention to detail, comfort with digital communication mediums, writing, editing, and/or graphic design experience, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with remote colleagues.
